Everyone there is very nice and wants to help you learn and grow. This gave me good experience in my engineering career.

While I was only there for an internship, some of the work can be a bit boring.

I started at Connexus earlier this year and have had a great experience. All of the teams have been welcoming. They've taken the time to help me understand the culture and processes. Connexus prioritizes employees and members. This has been a welcomed shift for me from previous cultures. There are always activities planned and opportunities to provide feedback to make improvements. I hope to spend many years here.

Since I didn't come from this industry there has been a lot to learn. The scope of work that Connexus completes is large, so it's been difficult for me to understand all the different departments and the work they do.
