I have started my journey with Connectpro in 1999 from the zero. Our founders has believe in me and they trained me and given the opportunity to find my way to succeed. I had free hand to swim in the ocean and lean from the mistakes & my founders was always behind me to back in a odd situations. When I grown up.......I had the same belief for the new joiners and given them condidence to go & explore yourself, without thinking about the failure, and if you fall.........I'll be there with you. This is the best place to start the journey as a Semiconductor/Software recruiter. We always believe if I have done it then why not you can do it. You can do better than me.

If people doesn’t have the self belief then it will be hard to survive.
