Pros
Coworkers can be a pleasure for the most part. Hours are pretty decent for a retail setting. Usually done at 8pm. They promote from within the company
Cons
Employees are a revolving door. They hire plenty of incompetent people that get fired and the smart ones leave once they realize what a joke this company is. Base pay is above minimum wage, but is nothing to write home about. Commission is nonexistent unless your particular store is located somewhere that is jam packed with people every day. Lower volume stores don't see a dime. Commission is also directly related to store performance so if 1 to 2 coworkers are incompetent you can kiss your own hard earned money goodbye. Especially if you are in a low volume store. Benefits are a joke, no PTO until you've worked there a years worth of hours, no holiday pay whatsoever, overtime is far and few in between. Management is insane. The District Manager and VP of sales will routinely visit stores to micromanage and then harp on the store manager to micromanage when they aren't around. No real coaching and just threats at the end of the day.
