      Pros

      Discounted plans and health care benifits. I also liked that you could pull up your pay stubs on the ADP website at any time.

      Cons

      The company needs a better On Boarding class to teach selling to employees. As a manager, they gave us too many tasks to do on top of selling that here was limited time for training new comers. Training new employees should be put at the top of the list.

      Thank you for the response. We have recently created an in depth 10 day onboarding process for new hires. This will be added to our New Hire Sales Training that is done in person and the Sprint New Hire Training that occurs within your first 60 days.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
