We are happy you mentioned the unlimited training resources available to employees of GovConnection. We work hard to provide the training needed to succeed here. As you mentioned we have a great culture of people as well, something we are particularly proud of. We do have one of the highest tenured staff in the industry; employee turnover in sales after 3 years in the role is far below the industry average due to the earnings realized and the unlimited earnings potential. The SSA role you mention is entry-level, with a corresponding salary; we wouldn’t want anyone to stay in that role for very long in fact. We encourage our SSAs to learn as much as they can and we offer incentives to move up in to a higher-salaried position with additional responsibility as soon as they are ready.
