Within hours of an order being placed, it can be picked, configured, packed and routed to our customers for next-day delivery. We could not fulfill those needs without our lab techs. Investing in you is paramount to our ability to servicing our customers. Our lab techs are afforded opportunities to hold premier certifications that allow Connection to offer highly sought solutions to our customers.
Our compensation team surveys the competitive marketplace regionally and collaborates with the leadership team to design compensation packages that operate in tandem with our total reward strategy. In the Distribution Center, lab techs receive a weekly incentive based on achieving certain productivity, quality and safety standards. In addition to defining how to compensate employees competitively, our philosophy includes strategies to attract, retain and reward high-performing individuals. One of those strategies is motivating employees to perform to the best of their ability. The message of “you are replaceable” is not conducive to nurturing an environment of content, productive employees.
