Consistent work, easy to pick up new clients and work as many hours as you want (beyond your normal 40 hour week) if driven to earn.

No opportunities to move up, was not looked at as an equal by management, spoken down to frequently in front of other employees. Not all management acted as such however, the top level of management was consistent with my claim, negative interactions 90% of the time, to most employees across all fields of expertise.
