      Nothing to pros to talk about

      Cons

      These people have no office and put you somewhere, which is usually a big corporate and nobody cares about you. Their pay is way low than market. Worst staffing company I have worked with. The CEO is Indian guy and doesn't care about employee, all he cares is about Client relationship and they are GOD, don't give a damn about his employees. Unbelievable, please stay away. There are hundreds of better consultancies out there

      Pros

      At first, ConnectedX will pay your wages on time, painting a rosy picture — they’ll show you clouds in the sky and make you feel like you have wings.

      Cons

      Once your contract ends or you plan to move on, that’s when the real face appears. They withhold your final 3 to 6 months of salary, making excuses, blaming clients, and sometimes even threatening your visa status. ❌ ConnectedX – The Hidden Truth: ✔️ Pays initially to gain trust ❌ Cheats at the end by withholding hard-earned wages ❌ Uses silence and fear to control workers ❌ Allegedly bribes to protect contracts and cover up fraud To all job seekers: Stay alert. Don’t fall for temporary comfort. To those cheated: Speak up — you are not alone.
