Flexible work environment Emphasis on employee safety Amazing new office building once we go back to office New management team over last 2 years brought a culture and product shift Stability. Company grew and kept hiring during pandemic. Much improved benefits Feels good to support a product that means something. Cuts fuel usage, increases safety and helps get very important goods to destinations faster.
Cons
Glad employee safety is #1 but miss my coworkers! Been remote since March 2020. Depending on role work can ebb and flow. Hard to plan ahead sometimes. A lot of software systems have been updated of late, but still a few to go. Only 2+ years as standalone company after 25 years as part of Fortune 500, maybe 1 or two people still think/act with an old school Fortune 500 mindset.
