Would say the working culture is more suited towards highly driven individuals who have strong personal agency, are proficient at managing themselves and their time, comfortable with change and a slightly less 'structured' environment (though this too is changing as the company grows), and good at setting their own boundaries.

Expected scale-up 'turbulence', including:
