Pros
I'd take these negative, bitter reviews with a grain of salt. They are pretty shocking to read and seem extreme/exaggerated in my opinion. Staffing is not an easy industry and not everyone is going to make it unfortunately. Sure, there have been some bad apples over the years (just like at any company) but the only time I ever had an issue with a colleague, instead of writing about it on Glassdoor like a diary entry, I reported it to management/HR and it was addressed and handled immediately. Overall, I'd say that management is professional, hard working, encouraging and positive. During my time here, I've experienced: -A professional work environment -Strong management that I actually respect -A lot of career growth/development -Autonomy -Really nice, fully paid for company outings (And no, the majority do not even involve drinking) -Team mentality -Nice offices/amenities -Inexpensive healthcare benefits/UNLIMITED PTO
Cons
-Growing pains with scaling the business/infrastructure although this seems to be improving
