Pros
The work environment is very lax. You have a lot of flexibility with your work hours. For example if you need to leave because of a personal situation management is fine with that. The project managers have the ability to do a lot of work from home which is pretty awesome. It has a very family type atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of laughs throughout the office.
Cons
What you are hired for is where you will stay. If you are hired in customers service, that's what you're going to be doing for the duration of your time with the company. If you're in customer service it will be difficult to get a raise based on your own performance. It's a team benefit environment if the TEAM does well, than you all will get perks. If the TEAM does poorly and you are pulling your weight than everyone suffers. There aren't any benefits unless you receive them through the agency for call center. No PTO, no medical insurance none of that.
