Pros
The company owners are good and seem to have the right intentions. However, they are not always present to see how the company actually operates.
Cons
I experienced firsthand the deeply ingrained favoritism and lack of integrity within the company. Long-standing employees are consistently prioritised, creating an environment where career progression is impossible for newcomers. Instead of fostering talent and rewarding hard work, management protects and promotes only those who have been there the longest, regardless of merit.
Many managers have only reached their positions due to their tenure rather than their skills or professionalism. As a result, they lack the leadership qualities necessary to manage effectively. Instead of supporting and developing their teams, they contribute to a toxic work culture where favoritism, micromanagement, and backstabbing are the norm. The staff, especially those who have been there for years, are deeply corrupted, ensuring that the same cycle of unprofessionalism continues.
Additionally, management frequently offloads their responsibilities onto lower-paid staff while failing to work their full hours, creating an unfair and inefficient workplace. Unfortunately, this culture makes it extremely difficult for anyone new to progress or even work in a fair environment.
