Pros
Great colleagues. Actually have a team full of analysts, across the globe, (instead of 3 people having to do everything) so the workload is nicely divvied up. Pay is great! Top end of the market. Benefits are awesome!
Cons
Lot of internal tools and procedures are still lacking maturity, so some tasks can be very manual still. Making good progress though on automating things, so not a huge con.
