1. Nevertheless, there are couple of decent people left, but the numbers are fading. And for a reason.

That is the truly worst company I have ever seen. 1. The very first thing that stands out clearly - complete pretentiousness. Fake smiles, fake conversations, fake friendships, fake events, fake volunteers..you name it. 2. Mutual cover-up for whatever happens, blessed ones are untouchable. Amount of this is tremendous, employee is expected to silently eat any nonsense from management. Management spies on people and sometimes uses beautiful gals for their purposes. 3. "Performance" and promotions are based on loyalty and not on skll/etc. Wife of university friend getting pushed for promotion - that's a completely normal thing here. Asking an employee to reason absense at forced company's event on Sunday - also, normal. 4. Endless delays with documents and everything else - see p.2 As management treats employees worse than dirt, everything is delayed - letters, documents, payslips, etc. Also, director of the company is a fake - everything is ruled by site manager. 5. Double standards everywhere. HR can be late for more than an hour, but if an employee is late - that's jeopardizing performance of the whole company! Employee is expected to work hard, and gets 10 days of paid vacation. While management gets 25+ for "rejuvination" lol. Also people are tucked to work for public holidays for x2/x3 - imagine what it pays for them if they tuck employees in so aggressively. In conclusion... stay away ... these people are simply parasiting on employees using people to a greatest extent turning them into zombies.
