Extremely uncomfortable working there due to the constant harassment from (male) management. The females from the management team were better as they frequently told us to "get over (s**ual harassment)" and "get used to it" when we turned to them for help. Now I've learned to endure inappropriate touching from higher management, a skill I'm fortunate enough to acquire as a woman!
Whenever you've got to OT till late (like 10pm) due to media invites, even though there are no claimable hours or WFH policies, the company is sometimes good enough to text us "rest well"! I therefore don't feel very tired because I rested well. I've even managed to consistently arrive at work on time, even after late-night events. This is such a valuable life skill!
Management also did not care about accommodating our needs: would rather I take leave for the sake of taking leaves instead of WFH and help my team who was already struggling due to the lack of manpower. But it's all good because my team managed to OT till late to finish the work! Also, since my colleague was really helpful to me, the company allowed me to help her out even though I was on leave. Great move!
