Pros
They have great projects but they are being wasted anyway. Team is friendly and you can expect great communication with people on your level or the team lead, but not the higher management. Salary is on time.
Cons
There is no communication and no management. Employees feedback is not important. Salary is very very low, seems like resource exploitation. Decision making is slow or non-existing, no feedback on issues for months even after multiple reminders. There is someone noticing every break that you take. HR isn't aware of most things. Nothing new to learn and grow in career. No Remote policy, no flexible timings, and a lot of unpaid overtime is expected.
