- the company makes their money off of hidden fees and scamming under privileged minorities who don't know any better. That right there should tell you that they also don't care about their employees.
- the Irving office is old, dinghy, and gross. There's little to no sunlight, and half of the office chairs are broken. The walls and carpet are stained as well.
- Management is manipulative. I've never experienced so much gaslighting in my professional career. You can approach a project with nothing but good intentions, but if leadership doesn't agree with your approach, they lie to your face and turn around and talk bad about you to other employees. Probably the most immature leadership I've ever worked with.
- even if you are a salary employee, you will be treated as if you are hourly - expected to "clock in" with your boss at the start and end of your day as well as lunch.
- my boss was extremely unprofessional and would routinely take her bad day out on you. I ended up having to keep detailed records of what she would say to prove that she was constantly contradicting herself and behaving erratically.
- so incredibly outdated... everything from: benefits, vacation policies, management style (a LOT of micromanagement), core business values, business strategies, cutting corners to save a few bucks, extra.
Save yourself the stress and headache and pass on this company!
