Location is downtown Baton Rouge, Ken is really nice, PF team is inclusive regardless of race

They won't hire you full time until you've worked there a year or more, customers constantly calling in peeved due to other people's mistakes, Management won't talk to you or give you a straight answer for anything, training in 3 months because they stop training you to train other people, if you want a raise you can forget it, the CEO won't give you the time of day the one time you get to meet him, no one likes to work here, everyone is always aggravated due to customers and co-workers, supervisors won't do their jobs in calling customers back with the supervisor forms-they'll send it back to you and tell you to answer the customers, new trainees hated me without ever speaking to me due to the trainer not liking me, people will bully you because they're having a hard time in life atm, constant parking tickets because you have to park on the street due to them not having employee parking, westaff dodges all issues and ignores complaints
