I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with CG Innovations Private Limited (Confetti Gifts), specifically under the leadership of Founder Saumya Kabra and the HR department. ​After a rigorous selection process that spanned well over a month starting in mid-February, I accepted an offer and joined the company on April 13th. Because I was committed to the role, I undertook a major personal relocation across Jaipur from Jagatpura to Vaishali Nagar specifically to be close to the office and execute my duties properly. ​Barely six weeks into the role, on May 25th, I was abruptly told out of nowhere that it would be my last day of work. When I requested a standard transition period of one month—or even a basic 15 days to secure my livelihood given that I had uprooted my life for this company—the founder’s response was shockingly insensitive: "What will you do for 15 days, what benefit will you bring to the company?" When I highlighted that I was left completely stranded without a job because of this sudden move, the response from leadership was a dismissive, "I am sorry, but I can't do anything." ​While the leadership talks grandly in public about massive growth, scaling revenues, and visionary goals, the reality on the ground is a severe lack of corporate structure and basic human empathy. Terminating a new hire on the 25th of the month reflects a management style that acts purely on whim and cuts corners on employee livelihoods. ​This has been an absolute nightmare. The leadership views employees as completely disposable items rather than human beings with financial and professional responsibilities. ​Advice to Job Seekers: Avoid CG Innovations Private Limited. The grand vision shared in interviews is a facade masking erratic, unprofessional, and unstable management. Protect your career and peace of mind.
