Don't believe the we will take care of you "get it in writing!" Company almost has a cult like following to certain upper management. Turnover rate is very high and you will be a scape goat for the issues that are not addressed by upper management. Stories are fabricated daily to "motivate", but again just a intimidation ploy to belittle staff. Routinely will hire a replacement behind your back and get rid of solid team players. Don't even ask about the "trade secrets!" Certain people do not even meet with customers. When asking for pricing will typically take 3 weeks before a response and the sales is long gone by then. When the sale is lost, you will be asked why not hitting numbers and don't dare mention this as a reason. Not quite sure what he/she even does to be honest. Stay away from this company, if you value your career!
