Pros
good benefits, always a lot to learn but you get paid time to study, nice coworkers, it's remote, you have opportunities to take VTO or sign up for overtime, depending on your needs
Cons
The IT situation is terrible, they will furlough employees without advance warning, once trained you're kind of thrown into the deep end and it's very difficult to get any of your questions answered, sometimes you are just *given* vto (just told to come in late, leave early, take a 3-hour lunch, when you didn't even ask for it or want it). It makes it difficult to keep your income reliable
