This job will mentally/emotionally drain you. You can’t take a few seconds to breathe in between calls, managers are very passive aggressive (example: they could pull you to the side and say how your doing something wrong, and then make a public post for everyone to see being extremely passive aggressive on what they just talked to you about) . They throw you on the phones with little training and half of the calls/questions you get are things you weren’t even trained on. You ask for help and all they do is tell you to look up an article to find the answer. If you expect your employees not to be on a call for that long , THEN BE THERE TO ASSIST YOUR EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY NEED HELP ON A CALL! It seems as though they focus on the negative and threaten you with corrective action if you make the littlest mistake. Please save yourself and avoid this company.
