-in some positions, you don't have to take calls
-not all schedules are bad
-supervisors are helpful and pretty cool

-customer service and everything that comes with that
-everything changes constantly: teams, schedules, policies, etc.
-employess have no negotiation with higher management
-your performance is almost entirely based on what customers think about you

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.
Cons
High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
