Pros
Job security, medical/dental/vision/401k etc , two weeks PTO, additional unpaid time off totalling 160 hours, scheduled hours that never change, on paper a lot of great things
Cons
Communication is extremely lacking between all levels of management No clear set directives (they change on a whim) No job training for employee who want to be or are Team Managers Communication is complete joke (supervisors find out information at the same time agents do) Don’t ask why or how something should be done (for that job you weren’t trained for) because you will be positioned and given some business answer that by time the babble is done you have no clue what you asked, and you’ll walk away confused. I hope they can get there business together because this company in Rochester has amazing potential, they just need to get it together. After you’ve reached supervisor, your option is either to be an Operations manager, AGM or GM, very limited It’s a wonderful place to get experience
