      Pros

      The people you work with are mostly okay.

      Cons

      No holiday whatsoever before 6 months, even on Christmas Day. Forced to work holidays without fair compensation for missing the holidays with your family No paid time off earned until you've been employed for six months They tell you that you can receive bonuses for good stats, but this is a lie. They tell you that there is always overtime available, this is a lie.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
