Pros
The pay is amazing.. starting at 11 dollars as a tech help so on and so forth. They dont care how much overtime you put in, they actually encourage it.
Cons
First and foremost let me begin by saying that their breakroom/cafeteria food items are sooo limited. They have burritos, wraps, sandwiches and salads and tons of snacks like chips, etc. but not only do they have no wide selection, it waaaay overpriced. Almost 5 dollars for a cold turkey sandwich with just cheese lettuce and mayo. And your break is only 30 min. so you dont have time to go buy food. So if you didnt bring a lunch from home you are sol. Second, the trainers, for lack of a better word, SUCK. They do not properly train you and dont seem to care if you're actually retaining the information or not. Training is 4 weeks long, first two weeks is information information information, then an exam to see if you learned anything or not. If you pass, good. If you don't, they walk you out. I hated these two weeks because they jam packed so much information into so little time. Information overload. Then the next two weeks are spent on "the floor", which is where you actually are on the phones applying everything that youve learned. The first day following those two weeks, they just threw us on the phones. No coaching, no lesson, nothing. Just gave us used headsets with no cushion and said good luck. This went on for the whole two weeks. If youre lost when on a call and raise your hand for some help, theyll come over, ask if weve checked the "workflow" then walk away and not even help.
