Cons
Health insurance sign ups are once a year, and they're sneaky about it to the point of dodging the question until it passed. The only way you can enjoy working for this company is if you make friends/ do things you really SHOULDN'T be doing with supervisors and upper management. Then you can clock in and mess around all day and your supervisor/manager friend will cover for you. If you aren't one of those lucky people, when the further up the chain comes down on said supervisor, they pass the blame onto you and threaten write-ups even if you show up and do what you're paid to do. And they MAKE everybody take business ethics training. And progression/advancement is non existent unless you're involved with management. The only other time you can advance is when other employees quit and they pull out all the stops to fill that position and take your schedule hostage unless you do it.
