• Management fosters a hostile and retaliatory environment. • Supervisor frequently used demeaning language, including calling employees names and making discouraging remarks instead of offering support. • PTO requests were denied multiple times without clear explanation. • Communication was one-sided — questions in group chats were often ignored or skipped. • Write-ups were issued rapidly and excessively, leaving no room for improvement. • When concerns were reported to higher management, leadership appeared to shift behavior publicly to protect their image rather than address the problem privately. • The stress and anxiety from constant monitoring and nitpicking made it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
