This company and its customer service call center setting is more adept for someone just coming out of college or someone that likes answering calls all day, non stop

The wages are not competitive to what's in the market. You get minimum pay per hour, some roles as little as $15. There are no chances for a raise no matter how many years you've been there, only lateral raises.
