People hiding from responsibility (including Senior Management). People undervalued. People not skilled. No clear direction from Senior Management and too many of them. Very CEO-orientated (meaning any direction previously given can disappear at the click of the CEO's fingers). Sadly despite looking pioneering and agile from the outsdie, the company is very stuck in the past and flexible woriking is a no go. Real shame, you should practice what you preach.
