      Pros

      The other servers I worked with were great. Most employee level people are great

      Cons

      Management sucks. High standards with no plan to accomplish them. They will gas light you into believing you are doing a bad job if you don't bend over backwards and jump through their hoops. Greed / profit over everything including guest experience

      Pros

      Great experience to work for a variety of different restaurants, and a great way to meet a lot of interesting people in the field.

      Cons

      The corporation does not treat their employees with respect, it is a constant battle to be paid on time, accurately, and to be heard from the management staff.

      Pros

      Most bartenders are friendly and patient and management is usually okay

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding, theres definite favouritism between bartenders/servers/hosts/managers etc and it makes for a very isolating and tense environment
