Cons
When you get to the interview stages, they are very good at giving you the exact things that you want to hear, training, growth, team, accountability etc. When you're in there it is completely different. There were a few people in there that I did enjoy working with but overall it is a shambles. Toxic, secretive, vile. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking to really progress their career. at the time I had not been doing recruitment very long, I was very eager to learn and I had no learning opportunities here. Management talked to me terribly and in no professional manner. I even saw a number of staff either in shock or in tears after certain conversations that were more of a berating. There was such a regimented structure there - going out after work was frowned upon and had to be done in secret, going to grab coffee was a big no no. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DESK was said to me over and over. Since leaving and working at another company, seeing how the sales targets are monitored, Concilium was very poor, sending spreadsheets that weren't tracked properly or anything. The big billers sit on accounts and farm work out to the delivery side of the business which I was on at the time, there was no real sales going on. Some billers worked well as they had special treatment, others were left to their own devices and then either fired or forced out for not doing well in their eyes and we was not told about them leaving they just did not come back. Looking back they do what they can to get you in, leave you to suffer then get rid of you. Or people leave off their own back as its not a place to grow and develop a career. I do not want to say names but certain members of management are terrible people and come across as bullies. For anyone wondering about this company, do not bother there is much better out there. Work is about culture and learning neither exist at this company.
