Lack of respect, poor management, and unhealthy work environment - Senior Software Developer ConceptVines Employee Review

Unfortunately, my experience at ConceptVines was extremely disappointing and stressful. The work environment is highly toxic. Employees are expected to be available at any time, with no respect for work-life balance. The owner directly joins meetings and scolds employees, sometimes using unprofessional and abusive language, which creates fear rather than motivation. If a client no longer needs a project, instead of proper planning, employees are put into PIP unfairly, even when performance is not the issue. Tasks are assigned without clear instructions or proper requirements, and later employees are blamed and scolded for not delivering exactly what was expected. There is a lot of drama and internal politics, making it very difficult to focus on actual work. The laptops provided are very poor quality. They frequently stop working, and many employees have to change laptops every couple of months. Despite this, expectations remain unrealistically high. Management expects tasks to be completed immediately, without considering complexity or realistic timelines. Basic office culture is missing. There are no proper facilities, and even small things like eating at your desk lead to unnecessary arguments. Overall, employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than professionals. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values mental peace, respectful communication, and a healthy work culture. Even when work is completed correctly as per the document, management forces employees to find or create mistakes.
