Pros
It's a reasonably relaxed atmosphere, with at least one competent development team. Office perks include a Flavia coffee and a fridge stocked with soft drinks.
Cons
The salary was low for the market, and the customer was unbearable. Also, the executives misrepresented the bonus arrangements, leading to the developers believing they'd receive competitive bonuses, but actually receiving almost nothing while the C-suite got huge bonuses on our contract.
