Pros
I've been with the company since past 4+ years. I joined as a fresher, and within a span of just 1.5 years, i was given an opportunity work on site at client's premises in London, which was one of the major breakthrough in my career. Besides, i've been given several responsibilities down the line, and eventually was promoted to a TL position. I never found any major flow with the company and was always content with the firm, whether it is regarding incentive, appraisals, work responsibilities, learning new things, rewards & recreations, or anything else per se.
