Make a bond for 2 years compulsory No job security No new work, not your personal growth, the company want to earn money at any cost They are plan every year trip (not a different place only one place "Udaipur") not for enjoy only for the cocktail party if you are not drinking and you don't want to go they are blackmailing that they will cut salary n will remove all Saturday off n all. The company has always finding how to cut employee salary. Less salary If you are worked for more than one year or 6 years they don't care about it. CEO has no manner to talk with the employee.
