Get rid of the old boomers RUINING this work environment. Either get with the times, or move over. This company cares more about the 5 seconds you take in the bathroom, than your mental, physical or emotionally health. Don't fall for their shiny features like I did. All the LinkedIn pictures you see and the culture they promote, it's all fake. It's all marketing, in the worst way possible. Upper management doesn't even live on earth, that's how disconnected they are from being a human being. Upper management thinks that working for a call center and being a TL for 24 years is the biggest achievement to have. I feel sad for them. This position was suppose to be a filler in between. It's been nothing but a dent in my overall health and distraction from my true goals and career path. There is zero career growth and full on gaslight behaviours and patterns. It's like mud, the more you try to get out, the more they suck you back in. They gatekeep you in the program you're in, because they don't know how to manage and keep enough representives in programs to actually allow people to grow within the company. It's toxic. You say today is Tuesday and they'll argue with you about why today is Wednesday đź«  it's pointless and trust me when I say, I've tried more than I ever should have because the wage for the workload, EMBARRASSING or and the write ups, youll get written up for speaking up. Oh you want to involve HR? They'll just defend the upper management like theyre sleeping in bed everynight. They have all the policies and contracts in place that make you seem like you're the worst worker on this planet. Just remember, this is an outsourcing company, so while they're paying you pennies, they're pocketing the big bucks from clients. This company has also been sued because of the holiday and pay discreptancies and I'm not too far off from trying to get involved in a lawsuit too, cause a therapist to undue this damage, is going to cost alot.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
