      Pros

      The only positive thing was the homeoffice.

      Cons

      Horrible environment, almost toxic. Once, one of my TL wanted me to work for free because I was working without having logged in the Software, but I was working and they could clearly see it from the emails I was sending to clients. To solve the situation I had to speak with the Operation manager. Many times one of the TL was putting all the blame on me, making me feel wrong in all aspects. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
