Pros

- Salary is better than the Customer Service job with better hours. - Nice people in teams and Team Leads who care - The initial induction process was efficient and effective to get computer kit and was an impressive first impression - Career opportunities are there for those who are eager enough, but in very limited types of positions like Trainer and Team Lead

Cons

- Seems like management is out of depth, poor communication and don't respond to emails or give feedback, despite claiming they want this feedback in close to worthless bi weekly meetings which don't even ask for feedback or questions (whenever it has happened, they try to end meetings early and close the questions down) - Out of touch management, bragging about best profits in years and then giving a gift of a horrible, branded bottle which is purely a branding exercise and insult - Salary has remained the same for over 3 years despite inflation etc and the company admitting they are doing incredibly well - Training is actually more useful to look at videos on YouTube rather than 70% of the Training we went through. Red Hat training 2 weeks was worthless and learned nothing - People seem out of depth in positions above Marketing Expert with limited training given to them it seems apparent

Pros

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
