consistent work, okay pay, decent training and support

Should pay more than $13/hr.., since most calls end up needing to be de-esclated or go to a sup. Have to get perfect EVERYTHING (call time, schedulule adherence, and QA scores) to be qualified for overtime, and bonuses, and I have a second job so I feel I need a better paying FT for the amount of stress this job presents for me. Call center jobs centered around mobile and data stuff is always stressful per the types of issues customers call in upset about.
