      Pros

      I have nothing good to say about Concentrix. I am actively working on an exit strategy.

      Cons

      I was a Convergys employee for 23 years. Concentrix bought Convergys in October, 2018. That was the beginning of the end for me. This company is led by people who have no idea how to run a big company. The biggest challenge is the constantly changing/conflicting goals. It is impossible to meet all the goals, because you have to go against one goal to meet another. Prepare to be blamed for things that leadership caused. I'm not even sure if the CEO knows what's going on; I suspect not.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
