Paid training is only benefit

They lie and say you are guaranteed 40 hours. That's only during training.the team leads make money off the sales of data and automatic renewals.so when the work load drops they send their employees home who dont sale alot.so you will only get 20 hours.its a lot of favoritism and high turn over rate.training class may have 24 people but only 1 or 2 will earn a commission and within a few months most have left the job.if tou tell on a team lead then they retaliate.job has no sense of work fairness,never has meetings with staff.management and team leads meet with each other and never have staff meetings for employees.all they care about is money,not the people working there
