Pros

Fortnightly pay is great if paid correctly

Cons

Huge 'clique' culture, meaning massive discrepancies in how rules are enforced and people are treated. Currently in a team where too many people have set shifts to play football because they're friendly with management and high performers who need set shifts for family reasons are turned down. Also means other staff on the team are mainly on unsociable hours shifts, hard to have any work life balence. I've had to take very mi imal sick days, even when advised by a doctor as there you don't get paid and people have rent/mortgages to pay and commission is also reduced when off sick. Had a great manger who looked out for his team, made the work environment a lot easier, felt appreciated,he shielded us from the worst of corporate policies. Now in a team where management really does make you feel like a number. Because of this, I will be leaving and the company will lose a top performer and reliable employee

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
