When process had hit the floor had wonderful people.. and process allowed us to learn a lot.had great TLs & working here was fun!

What to say.. actually have lot to say about A**s process. *Groupism - management totally focused in groupism. Whether their group tls are idiots they promote their bunch of tamilians , ruining the quality of work *Politics - gotta tell u .. bjp n Congress should really learn from these dumb souls. *Favouritism - wait a minute!! U want growth? Thinking to work hard?? Sorry it ain't work here.. u need to be a biiiiiiig bootlicker ..pleasing all top level ppl. even if u r zero.. ppl here r there to make u hero. Hopeless- when the pilot batch ppl were leaving the organization all they had we're good memories nd nothing but hopelessness. I never thought I would waste my decent tenure working for such organization!
