Pros
Job qualifications are: has heartbeat. Great if you have no education.
Cons
The fact that an Operations Manager left a review that stated "The only other con is some of the employees are very negative, this is usually due to the fact that they aren't very good at their job and are on their way out." just proves the delusional nature of operations and how they absolutely refuse to listen to their employees, and instead prefer to completely reject any feedback other than praise. It's not what you do, or how long you've been with the company, it's who you know. Period. They treat tenured agents like garbage and move up brand new agents as quickly as possible to create a facade that there is opportunity within the company and bring in more butts in seats as quickly as possible. When you do get a new opportunity and promotion, good luck getting your offer letter and raise for a good 2 months, at least. Sometimes not at all. Then when they eventually get around to actually paying their employee, it's paid out as a bonus, meaning 20%+ TAX on the money you worked to earn. They do not bat an eye. The majority of what they do is barely legal, if not actually illegal (like not paying an employee for over 10 days after the pay period ended). They rely on the ignorance of the employees to protect them. Oh, and background checks can take 6+ months to come back (if they ever do), so felons welcome! During my time there we found methamphetamine on the floor and no one was terminated for it because there was "no proof of who it was."
