Pros
The volume at my center is variable but tends to be low. The acuity is low. It’s a really chill job. The regional medical director gives me a lot of freedom but has been really supportive when I needed help.
Cons
Systems are absolutely atrocious. Very slow and not user friendly. The pay is very low. The contract states you have to give four months notice.
