Pros
Gym in the office, covered parking... Not much else to say here. The location of the office is pretty convenient if you live in North Dallas.
Cons
The new CIO is a micromanager and does not trust his leadership. No idea is good unless it comes from Select Medical. The culture completely changed in June 2015 when 80% of the executive team was walked out of the door. Since then it has been all about cost cutting and "value".
