      Pros

      You get to assist so many different providers. They have a lot of certifications you can earn like DOT and BAT. Drug and alcohol testing.

      Cons

      Not enough pay and too many things I don’t agree with in the business side of things.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
