      Good people. Exciting environment. Great patients. Coworkers are fun. COD is fair and down to earth. Great working hours. Advance to higher positions.

      Cons

      Xray skills are scary. Short breaks. More staff is needed. Petty bickering. More OT would be nice. Lack of communication.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
